Avocado - egg Dip

Absolutely luxurious dip suitable for a party or for a quick and light dinner We will need:

  • 1 larger avocado
  • 5 boiled eggs
  • lemon juice from ½ larger lemon
  • salt
  • pepper
  • Optional - carrots, celery, cucumber or any favorite vegetable

Procedure:Mix all ingredients, allow to cool and serve.

Coconut Dessert

Excellent dessert for coconut lovers For 2 servings we need:

  • 1 can of coconut milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1-2 PL gelatin
  • 5 PL grated coconut
  • cinnamon

Procedure:Heat coconut milk in a pot over low heat. Put the eggs in it and mix thoroughly. Add gelatin, grated coconut, mix and set aside. Pour into bowls / glasses, sprinkle with cinnamon and let it cool down.

Poppy Strudel with a Coconut Hat

Irresistible combination of poppy seeds and coconut For dough we need:

  • 250g ground poppy
  • 100g grated coconut
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups almond milk
  • 250g cottage cheese
  • cinnamon

Procedure:Mix everything and bake for about 40 minutes at 180°C. Coconut layer:

  • 1 can of coconut milk
  • 2 large spoons of gelatin

Procedure:Heat the coconut milk and add gelatin to it. Stir and set aside. As soon as the poppy strudel cools down, pour a layer of coconut over it and let it cool down.


Beef with Vegetables

Easy preparation - excellent result We will need:

  • 500g ground beef
  • 250g mushrooms
  • 2 cups savoy cabbage
  • 1 larger zucchini
  • ghee
  • salt
  • pepper
  • ground pepper
  • turmeric

Procedure:Fry the beef gently on the ghee, then add the finely chopped mushrooms, zucchini, savoy cabbage and spices. Pour about 1.5 cups of water and simmer for about 2 hours. Kohlrabi potatoes or broccoli rice are suitable as a side dish.
